About Divine Mother Church

After many years of intense spiritual work, in which she developed the tools and techniques known as Transformational Prayer, Connie Huebner found herself conversing with the Divine every day. She was regularly in touch with the powerful, creative, and loving and nurturing aspect of the Divine which she came to know as Mother God, or Divine Mother.

Connie was moved to create a sacred space in which the Divine Feminine could be honored. After much consultation with Divine Mother, she founded Divine Mother Church, an all-denominational church in which Mother God and Father God are both honored in all their many forms and names from the world’s spiritual traditions of Truth.

The emphasis is on the unity of all traditions, all peoples. Divine Mother loves all her children, all peoples of the earth, whatever Her name might be in their spiritual practices. There are many different names of God, yet they all represent the same powerful and loving Divine Presence.

The Sunday service at Divine Mother Church is a transcendent prayer service (available by teleconference) in which the participants are led into an experience of the love of Divine Mother and Her Infinite Source. This is the emphasis of the church: the experience of the Divine -- not just talking about Divine Presence, but actually experiencing it.

The church is housed in a beautiful sacred space in Fairfield, Iowa. The altars and walls are covered with lovely, colorful depictions of the Divine Feminine from many of the world’s spiritual traditions.

All of Connie’s classes and courses are taught in this lovely space, and the energy there has become very refined.

Other activities held there are weekly sacred songs and chants, and practice sessions for receiving inner guidance from Divine Mother. Many of the activities at the church are available by teleconference.
