An Antidote for Fatigue and Depression

Question:
What about the practice of breathing in the light? I have learned a number of pranayama exercises from yoga teachers and also from another healing technique of breathing in prana as light into each of the chakras.

Divine Mother:
"Breathing in light is something that can be done all the time with your natural breathing. Have the intention that as you breathe naturally, you are going to be breathing in light. Particularly when you are walking in nature or outside taking a walk, that kind of thing, plan to breathe in light.

If you would like to practice this as a discipline
, it would be very good. I am not going to assign that to people, but as you say, there are yogic practices that do this -- breathe in light. So if you would like to do that -- breathing the light into the chakras during the day as a practice -- I would encourage this. This would be a very good thing, especially for people who are suffering from depression or any kind of fatigue.

Anyone who has fatigue of any kind, or those people who fall asleep frequently here when they come to these meetings, it would be very good to breathe in light as a practice, and breathe it into the chakras. That would be a very good practice. Even once into every chakra would be great. You can't do too much.

Breathing in light into the chakras would be a very powerful practice. Those who have a problem with depression, I strongly encourage it. Use this for any problem with fatigue. Breathing, bringing the prana into the system is the antidote to fatigue. Image the light coming into your system, millions of white particles.

For those who are not going to make a routine of this, please do it when you are walking in nature, or several times a day -- image breathing light into the body. Anytime you are depressed, please do it maybe 10 or 15 times."
