Should we worry about out diet and the kind of food we eat?

Question:  You spoke today of Dharma and living our Divine purpose. How does diet and eating the right food effect this? I often worry about whether I'm eating the right foods.

Divine Mother:  As you move with your purpose, more aspects of your life will be embraced. Never worry. Worrying about it is not moving with Dharma. Worrying about it is mental. It is always of the mind that’s worrying. We have to offer the mind to the heart and then the heart will determine if that need is part of your action.

The heart will know what is supportive to you, whether it is Dill pickles or cupcakes, or something better. But if the mind is worried, you are definitely not moving with that flow; so the mind has to surrender to the heart and bring into the heart, “Does the heart want Dill pickles? Does the heart intelligence appreciate the nutrition of x y z?”

Of course, the mind has information that it can give to the heart’s intelligence for evaluation. Again, the mind will surrender the information and then the flow of life energy will move you into… “Yes, this kind of diet. I love this kind of diet. It makes me feel healthy. It makes me feel strong. Everything I know about life force is reinforced by this diet;” and you feel joyful about it – not worried.

So many people worry about their diets and the worry causes more illness than the food. It is very important to enjoy, to let the mind surrender its knowledge so the heart’s intelligence can move with joy in that knowledge, utilizing that knowledge. This is a delicate refinement, because people are so used to worrying about everything. Worry has become a habit. The first thing to do is to break the worry, heal the worry. That is more important than what you eat. It is more important to heal the worry than what you eat and even what you do.

If you are a major worrier, spend a lot of time healing the fear. Worry comes from fear. It is a sign that there is fear residing in your system and it is important to take aggressive action to heal it. I will say aggressive action because fear is the greatest debilitator of life force.
